I have created my podcast as a space for honest conversations about the meaning of true wellbeing. In a society that pushes self-comparison, restrictive trends, and the idea that exercise is for shaping our bodies to meet external expectations, it’s easy to feel stuck in an endless cycle, one I found myself in for many years. But through working with brilliant professionals and embarking on a new journey, I have found the strength to rewire my mindset. I want to help others break free from the exhausting pursuit of the next new diet or aesthetic ideal. Together, we’ll explore a new approach—one that shifts the focus to moving for our minds, finding what truly brings us peace, and understanding that life can hold far more calm than we may realize.
